The objective of this session is to progressively build strength and and develop good techniques for your handstands against the pole. Includes for 4 steps: - Range Check - do you have what it takes? - Warm Up - Conditioning (the most important part) and talk through the fundamental positions (including the common mistakes) - Handstands with variety of grips and entires

Comprehensive tutorial including full warm up, conditioning and stretching & mobility session (approx. 40 min). The session can be done on it's own without pole in between your pole trainings. The tutorial also includes progressive tricks starting from the entry, baby braid split, braid split, choker jade and finally upright bird of paradise.
